他们的网站上说早上6点到下午1点提前入住需要支付25美元的费用。因为网站上只提到下午1点之前可以提前入住，所以我希望下午2点入住的请求能够成功。我的房间确实有空房，但需要支付25美元的提前入住费。考虑到他们自己的网站上只提到下午1点之前可以提前入住，我觉得询问是否可以提前入住并不算过分。结果，下午4点正式开始办理入住时，我排起了长队。既然酒店客满，而且网站上也没有提到下午1点之后需要付费，为什么不允许提前入住呢？这太具有误导性，也太不合理了。我的房间明明有空房，而我只是在下午1点提前入住时间结束后才提出入住请求，这简直是吹毛求疵。

我还听到有人在夜里不停地大喊大叫，说前门打不开。我以为是喝醉的客人，结果发现是前台的夜班员工。她人挺好的，但我感觉很奇怪，她穿着睡裤（很不专业），而且不走到门口举个牌子说门坏了，或者至少用嘴型说一下，反而大声喊叫。这让人感觉像住在廉价汽车旅馆里。

酒店不提供早餐，但有咖啡。

酒店旁边就有一座天桥，可以停车，费用3-5美元，但天黑后就比较阴暗了。我花了15美元外加税停在了酒店的停车场。步行即可到达阿拉莫巨蛋体育馆、阿拉莫遗址和河滨步道。

The Red Roof Inn Plus was an excellent choice for me. My room was spacious with air conditioning, a comfortable bed, a desk, a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, ironing board, blow dryer and great lighting. There is also a pool. There were plenty of outlets for electronics. Great area, very walkable, close to the Alamodome, the Riverwalk, resturants, shopping. This hotel is centrally located, and pet friendly!! Its right on a bus line also.No hotel resturant, but they do have plenty of vending machines with microwavable food, drinks, snacks etc. They offer food service delivery though limited. They do have self service coffee station in the lobby that is available 24 hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As a solo woman traveler, I felt safe in the area, and would definitely stay there again.

A/C wasn’t on but the room was very comfortable. We turned on the A/C the next morning and we were very comfortable. Parking was great just wish we didn’t have to pay daily just to park our car.
