The room was very clean! The furniture was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel room had two separate bedrooms. I absolutely loved it, now we could've used another bathroom and please more mirrors. The pullout sofa bed was not great. But overall the bedswere soft the pillows were great.

Room surroundings not quite early morning there was lots of noise dnt know what but when called up at front desk they were ok with this as some maintenance or some cleaning out side going on but it'sreally annoying and disturbing

经理和前台工作人员态度恶劣，冷漠无情。我出院后需要使用淋浴设施，而他们在我延长入住期间却置之不理，我至少五次（数不清多少次了）要求维修淋浴间，但都无视了我的请求。
我的住宿体验很糟糕。在为期 8 天的住宿中，我的房间只被打扫了两次。我一大早就离开了，大部分时间都不在，这样我的房间才能被打扫干净。当我报告了这个问题时，什么也没做。我花了很多时间在前台处理我未打扫的房间。前台人员的不专业态度令人厌恶。我住在 Motel 6 和 Econo Lodge 的低预算日子里，客房服务比这家好。如果一家汽车旅馆的服务比这家好，万豪应该感到羞愧。我永远不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。
