Check-in/Check-out was easy, the room was comfortable and clean. The curtains blacked out the room for sleeping, and the decor was updated. Breakfast was easy and decent.

Very nice hotel and a lot of amenities close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff is great! Very friendly and helpful. Properly lacked some amenities that other Fairfield’s have (ie exercise room), my bad for not checking that one first. Also the breakfast was very minimal compared to the same brand hotel I stayed in the night before.
My room was fine but my bathroom needed an update. The tub and ceiling had damage that you would find in a much lower grade hotel.
It’s acceptable for a stay but I probably won’t use this one again as I do frequent Erie.
房间干净，前台也还客气，每层有制冰机。起晚了没赶上早餐，还特意给我们留了酸奶。周围很多吃饭的地方，推荐这家牛排。停车因为是携程订的免费。
预订时是一个价格，结账时却收了更多。电梯等了很久，因为只有一部能用。房间也不是很干净，床头板上全是手印。我肯定不会再预订这家酒店了。

房费很划算。两班的员工都非常棒，服务很好。
房间干净、舒适、安静。早餐还可以。前台服务人员态度不错，但可能给我们办理入住的那位先生那天心情不太好。
酒店位置便利，方便购物和用餐。酒店部分设施略显陈旧，但总体来说，考虑到价格，还算不错。
床很糟糕，淋浴水压很差，第一次淋浴不得不打电话给维修人员疏通浴缸排水管。整个房间只有一个垃圾桶，卫生纸架从墙上掉了下来。四个人只有两条毛巾，要求加多时，他们却敷衍了事。整体维护很糟糕。一进门就有一股尿味。地板看起来不太干净。
附近有很多好玩的地方，停车也很方便。然而，也存在一些问题。浴室的排气扇声音非常大，前台说应该派维修人员来检查一下。但什么也没发生。我们到达时，房间里只有半卷厕纸。当我们要求再来一卷时，工作人员似乎很生气（我们住了两天，每晚 200 美元，真是的，对不起……）。总的来说，工作人员似乎对客人很不上心。在我入住期间，我看到他们几次和客人争吵，这可不是什么好事。我知道，尤其是现在的人，可能要求很高，而且自以为是，但是，嘿，这是工作带来的，处理冲突也有自己的方法。总的来说，地理位置优越，但工作人员有点扫兴。
