Good value, kind reception staff. Room condition was disappointing. Broken / torn desk chair, stained carpet, and then there is The Hair on the towel. Yes, that one. Gross.
Basic breakfast, no gluten free bread options. One restaurant next door but otherwise unwalkable for anything else.

Room was very neat and clean and everything worked. All of the staff were friendly and efficient. The food options were all as good as institutional food can be. Shopping and restaurants were conveniently located. Even the guests were all friendly…pleasant experience all around.

New mattress please
Mattress on bed was uncomfortable and I had to sleep sideways in the bed. There were 2 large divots where others had slept and the mattress was not comfortable.

首先，如果他们能提前告知我们正在施工就好了。如果我知道的话，我肯定不会住在那里。其次，我们旅行时尽量使用酒店的健身房。因为如果施工，健身房就完全空了！！而且我们发现我们房间的水槽也漏水了！即使调了恒温器，房间还是很热。这次住宿体验很不好。
千万别住这里。
五层楼里有三层正在装修。没什么大不了的。他们把我们安排在五楼，噪音持续不断，令人难以忍受。我们住的整个时间都有敲门声。酒店几乎空无一人。为什么我们被安排在五楼，而隔壁房间的浴室却在拆？哦，对了，对面的两个房间也一样。办理入住的时候，她解释说是在装修，还说了楼层号。然后就把我们安排在了她说的楼层之一。我在办理入住手续之前要求换房间，她说不行，如果太吵就告诉她，他们会调查的！太荒谬了。我们在那里住了两晚。第二天晚上我们凌晨2点离开，开车穿过群山，开了七个小时回到辛辛那提，而不是再在这里辗转反侧住一晚。今天早上退房的时候，我根本没跟前台说。他们甚至都没问我们住得怎么样。他们可能猜到了，因为我们凌晨2点就要出发。我本来也没打算留下评价，但他们发了一封请求邮件，所以就这样了。
考虑到它的价格，这地方简直就是个笑话。他们收75美元的宠物费，却完全没有宠物活动空间。工作人员装作友善，粗鲁无礼，无数次对我说“胡说八道”，即使我提供了证据，他们也总是消极怠工地告诉我我错了。床感觉就像20美元的酒店床一样，浴室里什么都没有。我可以继续说下去，但我永远不会再住这里，也不会向任何人推荐这家酒店，哪怕是我的死对头！
