The front desk is friendly. Coffee in the lobby and coffee maker in the room are convenient. We had an extended stay of 9 days. What I didn’t like was the room wasn’t cleaned every day, in fact, on the fifth day I had to call and all they did for me was new towels and remove trash. I had to wait for 6th day to have the sheets changed. The time for cleaners varied so on the few times they stopped in, it was not convenient for us. Some things did not function. The message light on the phone was constantly on so I finally unplugged the phone. One of the elevators did not work for part of the stay. On the last day, the showers wavered from hot to warm water. It was ok, just not great stay

房间打扫的很干净，就是设施比较旧，第一天洗澡的时候，蓬头处有黑黑的都没关系掉下来，像是发霉的东西,有点恶心～
浴室里弥漫着香烟味。走廊里弥漫着咖喱味。泳池水太冷，没法游泳。早餐的热食几乎没法吃。工作人员很友好。周日早上7点，酒店里发生了一场激烈的家庭争吵，门被摔得粉碎，人们咒骂不休。
很遗憾，我们不喜欢住在这家酒店，原因有很多：
1. 空调噪音太大
它不停地吹着冷风，吹到我们床上，让我们无法入睡
2. 我们尝试调低温度，但没用
3. 淋浴时水太冷
4. 浴室里有蟑螂爬来爬去
我丈夫想用毛巾擦的时候，浴巾里竟然有蟑螂
这一切都让我们的入住体验非常糟糕
我们长途驾车后在这家酒店休息，但却无法得到充分的休息，这让我们接下来的行程更加艰难
向经理 Yasmin 投诉后，她退还了我们的房费，而且她对 Handel 的一切都非常好
她还给了我们一些积分，以后在万豪酒店使用，不过这次体验之后，我们再看看是否会用上这些积分
粗鲁又不体贴的经理
第二天我去续订，结果网上没有房间。我猜他们把所有房间都删掉了，以便进行深度清洁。我打电话给前台，他们说我可以直接跟他们续订。第二天，经理突然说我的身份证/信用卡有问题，不予退款。最后我找了个朋友过来用她的卡/身份证付款。我告诉前台，他们说可以到12:30。12:20我去了前台，他们说没有房间了，很抱歉。太粗鲁了。我不得不赶紧去别处找房间。太粗鲁了！！
我被安排在有长期住户的楼层。因为房间里弥漫着一股臭味，我不得不换房间。房间里没有衣架和熨衣板，家具也需要翻新，而且没有火警警报器。不过工作人员非常友好，理解我的感受，这让我很感激。我住过很多Residence Inn酒店，但这家感觉完全不一样。第二个房间好多了，更干净，气味也更好闻。第二个房间的空调也好多了。
极其肮脏的酒店和房间
这家酒店是我住过的最脏的酒店之一。大堂和电梯的地板和墙壁都很脏。家具磨损严重。房间浴室门框上有血迹，我可以擦掉——不知道清洁工怎么会没注意到。淋浴间的角落里有头发。我甚至怀疑床单是否干净。一个枕头闻起来很脏，另一个闻起来像某人的香水味。被子上还有血迹。如果说得通的话，我早就离开了。我只需要住一晚，而且我知道周围的其他酒店都订满了。真不敢相信这里有多脏！！
我查看的时候取消了预订，因为他们超额预订了！没有其他可以带两只狗住的地方了
房子里有异味，有些家具应该放在垃圾箱里而不是房间里，电梯很脏，房间还没准备好。我怀疑最近还有谁住在那里，或者现在还有谁住在那里。
