我的旅行简直是一团糟。首先，我预订了两间带两张大号床的房间，结果却得到了两间带一张儿童床和一张沙发的房间……非常不舒服。我付了钱买A却得到了B。其中一间房的房卡花了30分钟才弄好，来来回回跑前台和房间好几次，房卡就是打不开门。第三，淋浴只有热水没有冷水……然后洗手池却只有冷水没有热水😩。第二间房还行，但没有微波炉……总之是一次糟糕的体验，而且价格也不便宜，我给1星差评。

太糟糕了，我再也不会住这家酒店了。我们换了三次房间，因为没有一个房间的空调是好的。最后一个房间稍微凉快了一点点，但也没好到哪去，可我当时已经太累了，只好作罢。这是我做过的最错误的决定。床又硬又旧，我和男朋友醒来后背疼得要命。我痛得根本下不了床，需要他的帮助才能起来。我当时疼得都哭了，而且一个小时后我就要赶飞机了。最后一次换房间时，那位女士磨蹭了半天，说电脑坏了。当时是凌晨三点，我累得不行，早上七点就要飞了。我几乎只睡了三个小时，而且背部痛得厉害。窗帘也关不严实，加油站的光线会全部照进来。而且房间也不是很干净。强烈不推荐！

I called for the shuttle and I was told he leaves every 30 minutes. It was 10 minutes until the next one. He rolled up about 2 minutes after that. We were the first stop. He stopped at a few other points and we got back to the hotel about 20 after. Because our luggage was first on, we were practically last off, so last to check in. :/ But the front dest clerk was so nice and helpful, I didn't mind the wait.

The room is very nice and well-appointed. I'm looking forward to the breakfast buffet in the morning.

Great hotel!

This is a great hotel; the shuttle from the airport arrived in minutes; room was spacious and clean. We walked down the street to the “Latin Cafe” (a 3-minute walk) and had great food that was not expensive! I would definitely stay here again. We went on a cruise, and the hotel arranged a shuttle to the port for us😀. They have a very good breakfast, also!

Was pleasantly please with the overall condition and cleanness of this hotel, the last time I stayed in Miami at an Extended stay it was disappointing, this one was quiet and clean, comfortable bed, I will book again when I need to be in Miami near the cruise port, I'm looking to go back to that area around New Years let's see how it goes.
