To be honest that east the worst hotel breakfast I have encountered. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly . Need to have more signage. Had no signs where your entered the parking lot

办理入住手续时，前台的玛丽莎人很好。我把东西掉了，就去吃晚饭了。我们回来得很晚，正准备睡觉，孩子看到了一只虫子。不得不早起去参加上午的比赛，他们告诉我不用担心，去睡觉吧。我环顾房间，到处都是虫子。我走到桌子上，给他们看了照片。他们想换房间，但桌子上没有 20 多张照片。他们知道他们有虫子。从他们对我的投诉的反应来看，我很确信那家酒店的每个房间都有虫子。我之前说过，我女儿第二天有一个重要的比赛，我不想在 12:30 叫醒她，把她换到另一个有虫子的房间。我知道我们明天一早就要离开，我整晚都坐着等早上 6 点到来。我被告知酒店很快就要装修了，她不能当场帮我办理退款。但我应该打电话给 *******，他们可以帮我办理退款。联系*******，我第一个发信息的人也对照片感到震惊，问题升级到了不同的部门，对方表示抱歉，酒店拒绝退款。酒店经理不接我的电话，整天都在开会。千万别住这家酒店，太恶心了，他们的经理很不满意，*******
