Broken A/C
I've stayed here numerous times and each time was pleasant until this time. We checked in around 11pm and got to our room only to find out the A/C is not working. No other rooms available, nobody to fix the A/C. Room was about 80 degrees all night. Couldn't sleep.

Was told at check in that breakfast was available until 11am. Was greeted by an attendant in the line asking if we paid for breakfast with our room. We assumed so by what was said at check in, but she checked and said we weren't qualified for free breakfast because we booked through *******.
So communication was lacking.
Tub in shower was backed up, conditioner bottle in shower was empty. Did appreciate the shuttle service to a wedding nearby. Overall a 'meh' experience. Probably will book through Hilton directly next time.

大家都很棒。我们房间的床吱吱作响,是老式的弹簧床垫,睡起来很硬,根本睡不好。浴室淋浴间没有挂钩可以挂毛巾。浴室很大,但洗手池很小,而且马桶坐上去会晃动。除此之外,其他方面都还不错!

因为要参加婚礼,我们要求提前入住,但我们知道可能不行,所以我们下午2点就出发去了会场,因为没能入住。但是……我们3点10分才回来,房间
还没准备好。工作人员说,婚礼结束后才能入住?不好意思?我得等到晚上11点?我们又带着所有行李离开了会场。又是同样的情况。我6点从会场打电话过去,被告知房间可以入住。所以我们不得不等到6点45分才能进房间。这真是让人无法接受,他们说我们之前的客人不愿意离开?退房时间是12点,为什么他们不准离开?如果他们下午2点才退房,是不是得再付一天的房费?我的房间墙上还有好几条(4条)蜈蚣在爬,因为地毯又湿又脏。这次住宿最棒的部分是早餐工作人员。他们努力确保每个人都得到了他们需要的东西。我们不会再住了,我行动不便,需要

最后我在婚礼现场的车里接受了注射。
淋浴间看起来好像堵塞了,但维修人员来检查后发现并没有堵塞,而是浴缸没有坡度,导致水流缓慢。水积到脚边很不舒服。
酒店不错,但是垒球锦标赛、婚礼和小吃店等活动太多,食物也卖光了
