Rooms were decent but had issue with bathroom. They did come and try their best to repair and make my stay more pleasant. Worth coming to.

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The front staff was friendly and very helpful. The dining staff was superb rooms were clean and would definitely recommend and stay again.

The unique ambiance of the entire property was beyond compare. The helpful Staff made my stay unmatched to any other hotel. I arrived at the property a half hour before three o’clock p.m. In preparation for a wedding I was attending at The Estate at Florentine and the young lady checked me in without question. Thank you

Disappointment
This hotel was so disappointing. Firstly, there was no shampoo in the bottle and after calling the front desk they asked us to come downstairs (mid-shower) to collect shampoo. Once arriving, they said they did not have any shampoo and sent us off with conditioner. Additionally, they were incredibly rude and said “this is not the first time this happened.” We were trying this hotel as an upcoming bride to book a hotel block and it is safe to say we will not be booking it. On one last note, the wifi was not functioning all night which we did not even bother to call about.

Also no refrigerator in any rooms. That’s also a problem. First no complimentary breakfast then no refrigerator and microwave. YIKES.

For the amount of more than $250 a night, hotels should have complimentary breakfast at least. Honestly for Hilton that was unexpected. Not worth the price. I have been to so many Hilton hotels, and never was disappointed until now. I won’t recommend this hotel to others.

Rude send off!
Room was average. Beds were comfortable. We were there for a family wedding and a lot of rooms were reserved. I did not like the knock on the door by the lady with the clipboard reminding us it was time to checkout 15 minutes before the time. We are all adults and know what time was checkout and we were getting ready to exit. For a large group giving the hotel business I found it very rude.

美丽的外观和庭院。前台服务不好。前台需要取两小瓶水。我们房间里有 3 个人，总共有 10 个房间，他们会给我们两瓶。当我们说我们三个人时，她说去自动售货机。下午不提供免费咖啡。早晨的咖啡是室温的，因为牛奶没有加热。当问到是否可以放进微波炉时，整个酒店和厨房都没有。房间里没有迷你冰箱，也没有杂物销售区。我的第一个负面评论。
