Front desk very helpful in suggesting laces to go and things to do. Room was exceptionally clean (even bathroom corners)! Lemon waffles for breakfast were excellent and there was even sugar free syrup readily available. Staff all around were friendly and helpful.

It was a cold night (first frost of year). The room was 65 degrees upon entering and thermostat didn't change (perhaps the heat hadn't been turned on yet). Hotel employee came to check the room temperature and said it would warm up.....it never did.

I understand how frustrating this can be and am sorry this was your experience; your feedback is greatly appreciated and we hope you will choose to stay with us again.

We arrived at noon and attempted to check in early. We were told our room wasn't ready but we would be put on the early list for a 1:30 check in. We arrived back at 3:45 and were told our room wasn't ready, along with many other guests. We did not get into our room until 4:15 and then were charged a higher rate than what was on the itinerary we booked with you. I will take that up at another time.

Very convenient location. Easy parking. Fitness center and pool were better than other Hampton Inns. Breakfast was acceptable but could have used a few more healthy options. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was good and seating was comfortable. Staff was cheerful all around. Room was comfortable and ironing board and iron was convenient and a life-saver.
