一次非常愉快的过夜住宿!我们只是去查尔斯顿途中需要住一晚。价格很划算,而且住得很舒服。空调有点吵,而且开关过于频繁,但这是唯一的小问题。每个人都很友好、乐于助人且亲切。
没有热水,尤其令人失望的是,我们房间里有按摩浴缸。地毯脏兮兮的,天花板上裂痕满是污渍,浴缸和浴室里到处都是别人的头发,马桶座圈坏了,而且是乱七八糟的,洗手液也用完了,泳池也空了,健身房里的电视也坏了。真不敢相信这是希尔顿酒店。我说没有热水,是指入住期间全程。工作人员很友善,尽力为我们服务,但对于通过*******预订的人来说,这算不上什么。
经理亚历山大太**了,我告诉他我感染了新冠病毒,必须取消住宿,他还是收了我钱。真是的,他居然让我带着新冠病毒来酒店。他一点同情心都没有。
我的车晚上在酒店停车场被人偷了,还有另外8辆车(同一天晚上)。警察告诉我,这家酒店已经发生过很多次了。空调上覆盖着一层厚厚的灰尘。
