First off, room was excellent and clean. That being said, Hotel parking lot concerning and then, there was not an expected hair dryer in room. Called front desk, took more than 1/2 hr to recieve. In that time, missed our scheduled Lyft driver and opening of concert. Reached out to hotel, got a response...but that's it. Did not offer to reimburse for kissed lyft, extra cost to park or even any kind of refund caused by negligence of staff...will NEVER stay at Atlanta Hilton, airport again!!!

You all over booked the hotel so they moved us to the Hyatt place a lower hotel than the one we booked with construction going on. A truck got broken into. Not happy at all.

Staff was courtesy, rooms were nice, showers had extra hot water, however the breakfast was really lacking and the fire alarms continually went off throughout the entire building, even at 2 am, 3 am, and 4 am. Also hot tub was broken and not working.

The room I picked (single king) was dirty when ot was assigned to me. The bed was not made and all the towels were on the floor in a pile. I was assigned another room immediately but my replacement room a double queen room. While the replacement room was bigger the door did notopen or close without making an extremely loud noise.

When we first got in the room it was dirty! There was no parking at the hotel and we were charged for parking!

设施老旧，停车还额外收费。订的含早房间，早饭竟然也收费，而且不便宜
我在机场等了一个多小时，因为机场班车没开，酒店电话也没人接。第二天，他们还突然取消了我的房间。虽然最后都解决了，但整个过程非常令人沮丧和疲惫。我很失望，因为我一直都住希尔顿，但在其他城市从没遇到过这些问题。

前台接待服务非常好。他们健谈，感觉很受欢迎，受到了热情的接待。停车很方便，车位很多，而且我没花钱。在酒吧我感觉不太受欢迎。因为我点了一杯饮料，感觉自己成了累赘。坐在外面很不舒服。早餐也差不多。服务不太友好，而且食物里还有头发。真是太可惜了。房间非常干净舒适。安静，几乎没有噪音。去机场的路很短，很方便。很乐意再次入住这里。

我的住宿体验非常棒！工作人员非常乐于助人、友好且专业，而且地理位置优越，去所有地方似乎都只需15分钟！以后再去亚特兰大这座美丽的城市，我一定会再次入住这里。
