First day of vacation with my family checked in at 130 afternoon - hotel tried to give us two STANDARD rooms below what we booked LOFT SUITES. Of course on points they try to DOWNGRADE us. No keys available - problem with key machine - we sat in our rooms all day. Sunny nice day - we couldn’t leave our rooms. My daughters felt UNSAFE. No dinner service. Bar Food. Horrible management - nobody knows what’s going on. Our neighbors checked in and got their keys at 7pm. Front desk said they would “slip our keys under our door”. We never got the keys - the manager said still not available at 8am but front desk finally made me keys after 10 trips down to the lobby. 18 HOURS LATER. The worst hotel experience of my life and embarrassed my whole family, first day of a 10 day vacation - UNSAFE, MIS-MANAGED, NO COMMUNICATION, DIDN’T FOLLOW THROUGH In the past Marriott would simply say at check in - “we don’t have a room but we have located another Marriott that can accommodate you”. That would have been the professional way to handle this. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL

一定要订一间不在铁砧工厂正下方的房间。说真的,周六早上9点之前,几个明显体型很大的男人踩着弹簧单高跷来到我楼上的房间,开始往我以为是他们家地板/我的天花板的地方钉了差不多50万个钉子。整整三个小时,没停过。幸好他们在退房时刚好完工,所以我的鼾声没有打扰到他们。我打电话给前台,被告知“他们正在施工”。还被告知会有经理打电话过来。结果没人打电话,我真的很惊讶。/s 感谢你们美好的住宿体验。等你们新的三楼保龄球馆开业的时候,我一定会带着乔迁礼物过来。
一个酒店只是为了睡觉。不欢迎。没有服务。甚至还有付费Wi-Fi。简而言之,没什么特别的。至少它是干净的。三星级酒店。没有礼宾服务。不存在的游泳池。去机场的绝佳解决方案,仅此而已
大骗局。酒店宣传可以使用礼宾套房,但入住后却说套房已关闭。酒店宣传提供免费WiFi,结果却要收费。人生苦短,何必花时间去解决这些骗人的超额收费问题。而且,这地方简直令人作呕。床垫上有一滩不明来源的深色液体污渍,地毯上还有奇多碎屑,咖啡机黏糊糊的,毛巾一半都像是上次入住留下的。自助早餐很普通,包括无法下咽、没煮熟的香肠。
我去了楼下一家叫“Craft/Code”的咖啡馆。我们决定点菜而不是自助餐。他们让我们去自助餐里拿燕麦粥。路上,另一个服务员问我在车站关门前要不要点煎蛋卷。我点了。原来的服务员过来问我,你点菜干嘛点煎蛋卷?我告诉他是另一个服务员让我点的。这个服务员让我很不舒服。我问他想怎么办。我说,直接收煎蛋卷的钱就行了。他没收,还告诉我以后别再去了。谢谢你对我这么刻薄。我以后再也不会在万豪酒店花一分钱了。管理层/员工都太抠门了。
服务周到。房间干净,浴室舒适。酒店很棒,地理位置优越,附近有很多商店和餐厅。室内/室外休闲区很多。酒吧很棒,服务也很棒。我绝对会推荐这家酒店,还会再来的。
