Room cleaning was a miss..never emptied ice bucket and replace glasses or coffee cups. Did not replace coffee and left dirty ice bucket tray… did not replace empty shower gel.
Front desk, bistro employees, and security staff are awesome. Had bad shower value in room 404, staff got me in new room in 30 mins. And offered to move everything for me. Much appreciated!!

Rooms Need Refreshing Update
The rooms could use a refresh. The bedding smelled a little musty and hallways dark. We didnt get room cleaning on a two night stay, even though it was requested upon check in.

我使用了第三方预订服务,以后再也不会用了。我没有订到我心仪的房间,而且到酒店办理入住时,价格也相差很大,大约75美元。最后我订到了一间残疾人专用房,房卡坏了,我没法用房卡进房间,最后只好用万能钥匙重置了。还有一点让我很不爽,我们跟前台说不用担心锁,结果凌晨1点就派维修人员来维修了!他们本来可以等我们退房再解决房卡的问题,因为问题只在于用房卡进房间。
床单闻起来不干净,上面还有污渍。直到第二天早上起床,我们才意识到房间里没有瓶装水。淋浴/浴缸卡在了淋浴模式。我妻子本来想泡个热水澡,但没能如愿。停车位也不太理想。
我在那里感觉很安全。我那层楼的制冰机坏了,我告诉前台,但一直没修好,我住了四天。我房间里的电视很糟糕,上半部分很暗。我房间里的小冰箱几乎不制冷,我也告诉了他们,一位客服人员过来检查后说没问题。
我们每次来这个地区都会住在这个地方,可以说这里非常好,足以吸引我们再次光临。
我打电话询问停车问题,被告知现场有露天停车位,而我们到达后发现那是街边停车位。
