Very convenient to the Red Hat amphitheater. The hotel was very nice. Deducted one star because the hot tub was broken, and that was one reason i chose this hotel.

I love a 12pm checkout. The staff was incredibly friendly. It’s connected to the convention center which is very convenient. It’s clean, beautiful, and has everything you need. Great location as well - nice place to walk around

工作人员提供的自助停车信息前后矛盾。床很不舒服，枕头很扁。淋浴排水管几乎完全堵塞。快速淋浴一次，水至少没过脚踝，我们有两个大人和两个小孩，情况更糟。这些是每晚60美元的酒店问题，而不是每晚200多美元的酒店问题。我们感觉被抢劫了。
