Staff was great - quick and helpful. HOWEVER, kind of disappointed there were no drinking cups outside of paper coffee cups.

Overnight security guard was rude. Hot tub was not hot and the security repeatedly told us the wrong time for pool hours. Pillows were yellow and stained. Towels in my room had black stains all over them.

The staff was friendly and the beds were very comfortable! Ive never stayed at a Hilton before! Thank yall!
这个酒店我住了好几次，感觉不错。地理位置优越，位于伍斯特市中心，停车要到马路对面的高层收费停车场，但是有停车券，无限次免费。房间就是美国这类酒店的标准，不奢华，但是没毛病。早餐不错，楼下就有吃牛排的地方兼酒吧，味道还过得去。
设施还可以。就是对于一个普通酒店来说，价格有点太贵了。

入住办理很晚，但是前台热情接待和解决我的问题，非常感谢。
