定的酒店是含早餐的,前台入住也没有给什么早餐卷,但是早餐是餐厅单点的,吃完给了单过来收费,这不知道是不是酒店可以给免单,还是从押金里面扣。比较复杂。美国,服务就是标准得让你可怕。大家入住的时候问问吧,携程感觉比较坑爹。没有提醒关于早餐的事。去年的酒店早餐都是自助,刷卡。没顾虑。今年都单点,坑爹
房间清理不够干净. 昨天的床单被套莫名其妙放在浴缸里. 洗手间顶不干净,商务出差勉强算是住住还行,离机场近

这家酒店位置不错,适合中转。他们提供免费机场接送服务。
房间干净,白班工作人员很有礼貌,空调也不错。
但是隔壁房间有一群人开派对,一直到凌晨4:30。我试着给前台打电话,但电话打不通,于是我换了个手机,两个小时后才有人接听,他们只是给我换了个房间!凌晨4点,不应该有派对。真可惜,像希尔顿这样有名气的酒店竟然会遇到这种事。
办理入住手续时,前台无法帮助我使用停车应用程序,我们到达房间时没有毯子可供拉出,我打电话给前台,他们没有枕头或只给了我们 1 张床单和 1 张薄毯子!!!!我们可以用它来做拉沙发,我们使用的空调基本不起作用。
这家酒店的员工对我和我丈夫非常粗鲁。我们进门时,他们根本不理睬我们,甚至没有理会我们,还声称我们通过Orbitz预付的预订款被拒之门外。我们等了30分钟才等到他们打电话给Orbitz客服,拿到预订付款的证明,尽管我向前台的酒店经理出示了收据……最后,我们决定不住这家酒店,而是通过希尔顿荣誉客会预订了另一家位于夏洛特梅克伦堡地区其他地区的酒店。我们对他们提供的服务非常不满意,他们的服务非常非常粗鲁,糟糕透顶。我们之前住过的其他酒店员工都没有遇到过这样的情况,而且我们经常旅行。不会推荐约克蒙特路夏洛特希尔顿逸林酒店。
