Check in time is 4 p.m. room was not ready upon arrival. Left went to dinner came back around 8p.m. room still not ready. Finally got checked in at 9. Rooms outdated and have slight odor. Took kids to pool. After swimming for 20 minutes multiple roaches appeared. These roaches were huge inch and a half to 2 inches in length. One of the roaches jumped in the pool. We immediately grabbed our stuff and ran out of there. This place is definitely not worth the money stay away.

Check - in was an absolute nightmare. We arrived at 1:15 (early as check in was at 4:00) we were told a room would not be ready until 3:30 or 4:00. Completely fine since check-in was scheduled for 4:00. However, at 4:20 a room was still not available. We did not get to check in until after 6:30. While other members of our group (who arrived after us) were able to check in and get into their rooms. The staff member working the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful.
Extremely disappointed in the service.

There was a large cockroach in the breakfast area, the hotel staff propped my door open with the deadbolt lock, the hotel room was in general disrepair, and my room was never cleaned during my stay.

Room was dirty, carpet tore and stained, wallpaper peeling from wall, no hot water, ran out of breakfast and forks. We usually have a great experience at Embassy Suites but this one needs an overhaul!

Nice corner suite with a view of downtown Cincinnati and easy access to walk across the bridge to football or baseball game. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty and the heat did not work.

这家酒店连0星都不配!这绝对是我住过的所有酒店中最糟糕的第一次体验,甚至超越任何一家!顺便说一句,我从不轻易给任何东西留评价。我们第一间房(218)的沙发床上竟然有老鼠窝、老鼠屎和尿渍!Tiffany(客房经理)向我们保证会换房或者给予某种形式的赔偿。总经理一开始说不让换房,但在我们提到沙发床上的老鼠窝和排泄物后,他们才同意了。Tiffany(客房经理,也是唯一一个真正想帮忙的人)让我们去大堂重新分配房间。然而,那个“代理”经理却让我们等所有其他客人都办理完入住手续(等了一个多小时)才能处理。等了一个多小时后,他又说不能换房了。他们让我们把个人物品带到前台寄存,好让我们去看红人队的比赛。当我们把所有东西都带到前台时,他们给我们安排了第二间房(208),结果这间房床单上有污渍,而且地面完全是淹水的!没错,地板被空调故障漏出的水弄得湿透了。他们最终给我们安排了第三间房,并说会提供沙发床的床单和被褥——结果根本没给。他们完全没有处理好这个局面,把我们的这次旅行彻底毁了。另外,不知为什么所有电话都打不通——可能是为了不让任何人打电话投诉这些问题。这是我住过的任何酒店中最糟糕的经历,我永远不会再住这里,也不会向任何人推荐这家酒店!即使他们说些诸如“如果我能帮上什么忙……”的套话,然后什么都不做……我的家人也绝不会再住这家可怕的酒店了!
