Despite the decent reviews, I can’t give this place a good review. The room was not cleaned properly. The floors were not vacuumed and there was garbage underneath the bed. Though everything else looked clean, it probably only looked clean. To make matters worse, workers talk very loud in the hallways and the rooms are not very soundproof. Also, there was a fried food smell coming from, I believe, the vents.
If I am ever in Wilmington again, I will not stay here.
Checking in and out was quick, but the room is what really matters.
Not recommended.

There was a major safety violation that occurred and I was completely dismissed by management. I was woken in the middle of the night to a maintenance employee opening my door. There was no prior authorization or warning before he entered. The manager said sorry for the inconvenience and did not realize the gravity of the situation. I would not recommend staying here if you value safety and customer service

Cristina was great at check in.
Tv and refrigerator were not working in room when we arrived.
We moved from handicap room to other room that was smaller. Not sure of a refund but am requesting one.

房间挺大,周边有大商场,吃饭方便。酒店前台很友好,一楼有会议桌随便用。停车免费。早餐还可以,品种较多。
