We got in very late around 8pm. The tv was not working and i called downstairs tonhave sone one come upntonf9x the tv connection. No one came up. The was a wedding at the site, and the party and thenpeople were incredibly loud till late.

The property was clean and nice. When we got to our room the bathroom door would not close all the way. When we opened the tv it did not work. Went to call the front desk but the phone was broken. Walkd down to front desk and someone came and fixed the TV right away. Door and phone remained broken. Other than this stay was nice.

I have stayed at the Doubletree on 202 many times, as it is near family. Therefore, it is convenient. It's about 20 minutes to downtown Wilmington with free parking. The road it's on is a suburban ***** of ***** malls, so if you don't want to have a drink or meal at the bar/restaurant at the hotel (yes it has one) you won't have to drive far to find something else (though walking is out of the question). The staff was very nice, the room was large, there's a proper closet instead of just some cheapo hooks on the wall, and the bed was comfortable. I recommend staying here.

I would have given 5 stars but the room we were in had a few problems. We couldn't get the phone to work to call the front desk. Apparently broken. The tv had very limited channels to watch. The bathtub needs some repair work, maybe a refinishing since the last one is wearing off. And the shower head is loose in the wall. No ring around it or support to keep it tight. Otherwise it was a very nice room. I thought breakfast was included but you have to pay extra for that. However, all of the staff we met was super friendly and accommodating.

房间挺大，周边有大商场，吃饭方便。酒店前台很友好，一楼有会议桌随便用。停车免费。早餐还可以，品种较多。
