We arrived at 2:30 pm to see if we could be checked in early. The gentleman at the desk was nice but noticeably worried/frazzled. He told us that there werent any rooms available yet, he was talking to maintenance and housekeeping. He tried to work through the issue for roughly 40 min. More families came in and he finally was told by maintenance that he could use the rooms.We were sent to 102, the room was empty of people, but had not yet been cleaned and was still needing maintenance to finish doing their bath tub project. We went back to the lobby and ended up waiting until 5:17ish to be checked into that same room. The room was ok, but we could tell that the quality standard for maintenance given to the bath tub project was low. The front desk staff was very nice, but the quality we have come to know amd love from Hilton properies was not there. Having to wait for 2.5 hours after check in after a long day was too much.

The stay was great and the service was excellent, but the only thing was there was hair in the tub and on the sheets in the bedroom. It was corrected right away once brought to the staffs attention. It did not alter my stay news sheets were received and the stay was great.

This was my second stay this year and I returned because it is such an excellent experience the first time. This second time did not dissapoint either.

The room was nice & well equipped with everything to make you feel at home away from home. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a good spread. Sausage, Omelettes, & Oatmeal were well prepared. Also had Cereal, Hard Boiled Eggs, Yogurt & fruit.
Onsite coin laundry was clean and easy to use. Affordable cost and the machines did a great job cleaning my clothes. Thumbs up!

Great location, convenient to shopping, restaurants & major highways. Very nice room& front desk staff. However, the room was not ready for 3:00 pm check-in when we arrived around 3:45. Had to wait in the lobby for someone to check if the room had been cleaned. The hotel was far from capacity. While we were more than willing to take another room for our 1 night stay to get settled after a 3 hr. drive, we were told that wasn't a possibility. When we were finally allowed to go to the room, it was obvious that it
