Staff were friendly. We stayed two nights and we had requested a crib. We checked in late the first night and inquired about the crib and we were told it was good to go. Got to our room and there was nothing. Staff corrected it very quickly though. We also didn’t get a top up of our complimentary coffee on the following day. All in all, a nice and well kept hotel. No major complaints at all. All staff were very friendly

房间脏得令人作呕。床单、地板、墙壁和家具上都有血迹，而且都很脏。我迫不及待地想离开，以后再也不会来了。等了四个小时才拿到毛巾。房间里臭气熏天，空气清新剂根本没用。
我以前从未写过这样的评论，但这次酒店住宿体验实在令人失望。
我们到达时，房间很脏，而且根本还没准备好——我们不得不额外等了40分钟。进门后，我们发现床上到处都是头发，各种设施也都坏了（卫生纸架、浴室前的镜子、洗手液瓶，甚至连桌子都坏了），整体维护状况很差。
工作人员的回复是“可能明天会有人来修”，但第二天11点就要退房了，这根本没用。更糟糕的是，我们之前被告知加房的价格是一个数，办理入住时却被告知要加50美元。
床很不舒服，房间也不温馨，整体体验远低于预期。绝对不值得为此付出时间和金钱。
前厅入口处有浓重的烟味，还能看到有人在抽烟。
