A nice breakfast buffet with many options. Fpod was hot. Lots of seating. Only thing is some cushions at seating need steam cleaning and real cutlery would be nice. Reduce / eliminate platic usage
Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Pool was cool but staff sid check in on twmp and i assumed adjusted it. Easy to get to off highway

酒店方面还算不错。
因为我们的狗生病了，所以没能去成。这种情况难免发生。我们理解因为没有免费取消或更改的选项，所以会损失预订费用。
但是……当我收到一封邮件，说如果我不办理入住手续，就会被收取费用时，我简直惊呆了。我在Trip.com app上到处搜索，想看看除了损失预订费用之外，如果不办理入住手续还会被收取多少费用。
我到处都找不到答案。我打电话给酒店，他们也不知道。
预订的时候根本没提到过这项额外费用。
不用说，我当时非常生气。所以，我们特意开车去了伦敦办理入住手续，但并没有入住那家酒店。我们直接回家了。来回花了三个小时。
我以后再也不会用Trip.com了。我也会告诉我的所有朋友和家人。
这次住宿体验很糟糕，房间很干净，员工都很友好，只有一个员工似乎不太想好好工作。而且，我们住了一周，房间都没打扫过。客房服务员让我们自己把垃圾拿出去。直到我们离开的最后一晚，他们才帮我们铺床。
房间还可以，但性价比不高。浴室的装饰条有水渍和腐烂的痕迹。地毯很旧。酒店需要翻新。员工很友好。如果带宠物入住，需要额外支付105美元。早餐还可以，但炒蛋太稀，味道也淡。
房间脏得令人作呕。床单、地板、墙壁和家具上都有血迹，而且都很脏。我迫不及待地想离开，以后再也不会来了。等了四个小时才拿到毛巾。房间里臭气熏天，空气清新剂根本没用。
我以前从未写过这样的评论，但这次酒店住宿体验实在令人失望。
我们到达时，房间很脏，而且根本还没准备好——我们不得不额外等了40分钟。进门后，我们发现床上到处都是头发，各种设施也都坏了（卫生纸架、浴室前的镜子、洗手液瓶，甚至连桌子都坏了），整体维护状况很差。
工作人员的回复是“可能明天会有人来修”，但第二天11点就要退房了，这根本没用。更糟糕的是，我们之前被告知加房的价格是一个数，办理入住时却被告知要加50美元。
床很不舒服，房间也不温馨，整体体验远低于预期。绝对不值得为此付出时间和金钱。
前厅入口处有浓重的烟味，还能看到有人在抽烟。
大厅里弥漫着烟味。
大厅里冷得要命，工作人员都在抱怨。
我们进去的时候房间温度只有16度。
淋浴间的角落里长满了各种颜色的霉菌。
我们的房间很棒——几乎一尘不染，除了卧室窗台上有7只死苍蝇，浴室里有1只。早餐还不错，工作人员也很友善。
住宿愉快。
员工友好，停车位充足，房间干净。
