Repeated fire alarm activations, the condition of the room—including the mold in the tub/shower, broken lamp, and unclean carpet—as well as the state of the building’s exterior and parking lot. This is far from the standard we have come ti expect from a Hilton property and we are deeply dissatisfied with the inconvenience and frustration it caused

As a former solider, I’ve had field rotations be more sanitary than this. I am currently lying in a pissed stained bed that reeks of human feces. I am genuinely shocked that Hilton is associated with this location. Sounds like I’m one of the lucky ones though as I do not have bed bugs.

The young lady at the desk was GREAT! And the lady at the cafe was Great also very helpful. We had to change rooms because the heat wasn't working but it turned out ok.

I was told that I didn’t book 2 Rooms even though I presented a Travelocity receipt and itinerary. I was told that the 2 rooms on my receipt meant I would get 2 beds in 1 room and not 2 rooms. It was ridiculous and I was forced to purchase another room on the spot. The attendant on staff the next morning agreed that I had indeed booked 2 rooms and encouraged me to contact Travelocity to see what could be worked out.

Check in was fine, Breakfast was fine. Bags of chips under the sofa, hairs in the towels, empty soap. Guests having "relations" in the pool and loud angry fighting guests in neighboring room. Will not recommend this hotel for traveling guests and partners within my business

I am writing this review to warn pet parents who are traveling with fur babies. I came to this hotel with my two cats, to seek refuge and peace/quiet. We stayed for three nights. I indicated to the front desk on the day of check-out that I would need a late check-out, to which I was acknowledged and left for my morning of work. Upon arrival back at the hotel, I went to my room in order to collect my belongings and my cats. I made sure the two signs were always on my hotel door throughout the duration of my stay (the "pets in room" and "do not disturb" signs). To my surprise, when I opened the door, I knew immediately someone had been in my room, as items were shifted and two bags with my belongings were gone... as well as my two cats. Long story short, I thankfully ended up finding them without much help from the staff who did not communicate well with me, and was advised to call the police in order to review video footage myself. I would not ever stay here again with or without my fur babies, and advise those of you who want to keep your pets safe NOT to stay here. On top of all of this... cold showers for three days.
