Front desk is nice but the room was cold and called for maintenance. They never showed up it was a cold night for my family

Complimentary breakfast was horrible omelets and service. One immigrant employee did not speak English and was rude. Not up to Embassy Suite standards. Man cooking omelettes was blowing nose over food.

The room was a great size & very clean... the only down side was we couldn't get towels when we were out and there wasn't soap to wash our hands
