住宿干净舒适。然而,我们被安排到的是一间无障碍客房,只有淋浴。******* 我们预订的是带浴缸的房间。而且,房间门被卡住了,所以我们无法用房卡开门。当我向前台为我们办理入住的年轻女士解释这件事时,她却很不耐烦。她又刷了一次房卡,让我再试一次。此外,她还教我如何刷房卡和转动门把手,我觉得她很傲慢。当然,这并没有解决问题。最后,我第三次回到前台后,另一位年轻女士叫来了维修工程师来查看情况。他到达我们的房间后,花了大约20分钟才解决问题。我们可以进出房间,但开门仍然需要一点力气。我们入住期间似乎有两场大型活动,所以他们似乎根本不关心我们的舒适度或不便之处。我们对所收到的客户服务非常失望。
