酒店位于涅瓦河畔，房间面积大，干净整洁，窗外风景很美，酒店服务态度很棒，早餐食材新鲜，很丰盛。距离著名打卡景点冬宫，圣以撒大教堂都不太远，交通方便，酒店性价比很高，出差旅游的最佳选择。
先说优点：1.地理位置不错，能看到河景和城景，酒店设计成一个三角形兼顾了两边的风景；2.环境非常好，商旅都很合适，房间设施齐全，床和国内酒店差不多，胜过大多数俄罗斯酒店0.8m的床；3.早饭种类怪齐全的，而且也很好吃哈哈哈。缺点：忽悠旅客说住宿证明需要找领事馆开具，住店当天每人强制收取300卢布，没有给第二种选择，但凡住店必须给你开住宿证明，不要都不行，然后就必须付钱= =但是呢，第二天去问住宿证明开好了没有，前台又是一副做错事被抓包的模样慌里慌张从自己的电脑里咔咔咔现场打印，同行的搭子一个人住店，给他开了两张住宿证明，也不知道还有一个是谁......所以领事馆是个随意拿来骗旅客的幌子和噱头么...莫斯科和摩尔曼斯克的酒店都没有收费这一说呢，也没有需要上报领事馆这种匪夷所思的话术...emmm再真诚一点好莫......这样让我的喜爱都大打折扣了......
酒店在岛上，窗外临河风景优美，岛内4公里内中西美食任意选拉面，川菜，火锅样样全。离冬宫最多2km, 离涅瓦大街4km左右。房间够大，双床房的床也够大。卫生打扫及时，浴巾毛巾每日更换。
早餐丰盛的自助
位置再在从芬兰湾进入涅瓦河的入口处，算是老城的边缘。
但景致还是不错的，离冬宫略有点远，走路20分钟吧。房间服务很好，前台也很好。就是餐厅工作人员态度不好。
早餐自不必说，但我们订的还是包晚餐的，但三天体验都不好，第一晚只安排在边上吃，不能靠窗卡座，不知道为什么，第二三天，说有团队接待，让我们取酒吧区域吃我直接怼回去，这是准备让我们端着盘子吃吗（酒吧的茶几很矮）。后来和前台沟通，才改成room service。结果加的菜还收我10%的服务费。
只能说餐厅两个看起来像主管的男性工作人员拉低了我对酒店的评价。
这家酒店总体来说很不错。早餐美味丰盛。房间干净，床也很舒服。窗外风景宜人。窗户很大，窗台也很宽。唯一让我有点介意的是一进房间闻到的地毯味。不过我们把窗户开了一会儿，味道很快就散了，除此之外，我们对这家酒店还是很满意的。
风景很绝，出行打车方便。对面有24小时的超市 买各种东西很方便 甚至还可以买菜，很推荐！
适合喜欢风景好的朋友
非常不错 除了在早餐厅遇到很不讲理的人，她喜欢的位置就要来坐，还把我们的包放外面去，觉得需要治理一下。

酒店挺好，但是不推荐河景房。优点：1、酒店设施挺新，2、周边有超市，3、餐厅挺好吃，按上海的物价比较，不贵。特别表扬7月11日餐厅的男侍者，虽然他不会英语，但是我们顺利沟通，俄式服务值得体验。缺点：1、离3号线和5号线都不算近，如果带行李，走起来有点累，2、要收300卢落地签注册费，莫斯科的酒店不收，3、酒店的河边是码头，夏季半夜12点之前，都有船的噪音，震得玻璃都抖，我是2楼。因为我玩得确实挺累，没有影响睡眠。但是河景房确实有噪音。
优点：
地理位置很好，离河边很近。
缺点：
1. 电梯没有门禁，不安全。
2. 早餐选择很少。
3. 房间地毯有异味，住着不舒服。
4. 有些前台员工服务态度差，不太机灵。我就不点名了，希望你们能有点自觉性。
