Room was clean, staff was friendly, very comfortable bed (I am picky!) pool/ hot tub in the west wing was very private and clean. I would stay here again. I would note you pay daily for parking. Overall it was a great place for my family vacation. We were able to have two of our three rooms connected which was great!

Room was nice and spacious. Bedding and pillows were like clouds! The staff was great, both the restaurants had excellent food and service. This place would be perfect if the rooms had balconies and there was a hot tub. Definitely be staying there again.

床超级舒服！客房服务也挺好的。离伯班克机场很近，接驳车也很方便。
离burbank机场非常近，靠近car rental那边，可以从机场步行过去
酒店异常火爆，订晚了就没房了，房间不大，价格很贵，比洛杉矶都要贵…

酒店前台工作人员重复收取了房费，并且拒绝帮忙解决问题。他们的态度非常恶劣。
无意重访
前台工作人员非常友好和合作。
然而，我住的房间是最糟糕的经历。
地毯又旧又脏，看起来很脏，如果看毯子盖的里面，就会失去理智。
尽管是机场附近的酒店，但这是最糟糕的经历。因为只住一晚，所以就睡了就走。
