酒店回复: Dear Ivan,I am wondering whether you reviewed the correct hotel. The Courtyard in Livonia MI does not put towels into a machine. They would have been in your room upon arrival. Also, we haven’t had a cook quit and do not place pancakes in a pan! I encourage you to stay at the Livonia Courtyard in the future and can guarantee you will have a better stay than wherever it was that you stayed previously.

房源照片里有热水浴缸。但实际没有热水浴缸。泳池水很冷。电视放在床边，而不是床前。淋浴门的装置坏了。阳台门似乎坏了或者卡住了。
房间很干净。前台工作人员很友好。地理位置便利。
我们遇到的每一位员工都很有礼貌，乐于助人，并且很乐意为您提供帮助。
这家酒店的管理非常出色。
