客服挺好的,现在报销了才想起来当时订了另一家酒店,结果入住不了,经过一番语音通话后携程客服爽快的帮我改到了这个万豪酒店,还帮补了差额。

Super friendly and helpful staff. We loved the hot tub, and I used the gym every day. Gym could use an upgrade in the near future, but gets the job done! The only hiccup was a water leak the 2nd day that shut off supply from 10pm-5am. Water ran brown for about an hour the next morning, but the issue didn’t linger. The suite was very nice. Warm fireplace and very spacious layout for the price/night for 5 nights.

Unfriendly staff. Did not accommodate my request for late check out but I saw them accommodate another guest for late checkout. Staff at counter gave us wrong information about check out and breakfast times. Room uncleaned.

The staff who was In charge was not helpful accommodating me to check in before my check in. I notify her to call me when my room was ready and never reach out to me. Very unprofessional.

Disappointed The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good, I especially liked the iced coffee Otherwise the hotel and stay was not great, seemed like one issue after another Not worth the price or what I’ve experienced at other Marriott’s Our room was dirty, including some of the dishes and the silverware in the cupboards There was dirty hand prints on the bathroom door Bed was uncomfortable Fold out couch was realllllly uncomfortable and incredibly squeaky and noisy Both bathrooms the conditioners were empty Our mobile key stopped working twice for me and once for my husband and it had us locked out the back door as that’s where we had parked $15 a night per car for parking seems kinda crazy when you’re spending $400+ a night Pool was dirty and hot tub was worse Then our 3rd day/night the power was out for the entire day and all of our groceries in the fridge went bad The remote for the tv in the master was super finicky We are a military family, who was staying there as we’re waiting for housing, and no longer wanted to make the commute from Port Hueneme, as our kids had started school in Camarillo. We had initially thought we would extend our stay, prior to checking in, but honestly could not wait to leave and go back to staying on base
