I booked tbis property for a cheer comp. We drove 3 hours from Nashville at 5:30am & attend the Central Bank center for a competition, of which we were there all day. I did not check in until roughly 9:pm. I had a clogged toliet and the air was not working, it was miserably hot and we got no sleep!! I checked out as early I could because we were so miserable. I ate ine time at rhe Bistro for 75 dollars. I was chared 25 twice and another 89 dollars was charged that did not beling ro me. Please don't stay at this property. The hallways are extremely cool, but the room was awful. Needless to say, we all drove home with zero sleep. After going for 20-hrs non-stop, I just wanted a cool room and some sleep. We got neither. Do not waste your money on this property!

Room 526-the bathroom sink had dirt in it and one of the pillows had dirt on it.
Room 447-the faucet on the bathroom sink sprayed on you when you turned it on. The shower switch did not work correctly.

Clean room. Staff super friendly and we enjoyed the bar service. Can’t say the bar food was much to brag about - I had their French onion soup and my friend had the wings. They were just above average. The deviled eggs were rubbery. Nice that the parking is free.

The property is great and convenient to the Kentucky Horse Park. The lobby area is lovely and inviting so was surprised to find incredibly basic guest rooms. When did Marriott switch to having no carpet in their rooms?

Clean hotel; check-in was an absolute terror. I felt sympathetic for the front desk associate how this was not in her control. The app allowed my party to check in early. For this arrive early but “no rooms” were ready for check in. I had to get ready for an event in a lobby bathroom…
