Hotel is under renovations so our room was new. It was very comfortable but there were loose ends post construction. Our bathroom door only had two screws holding it on and was hanging off, the lock only had one screw on it and was coming off, a tile flash was broken off near the closet. Despite all of that I still rated it high because the staff were very kind, professional and accommodating. Maintenance did come and fix the bathroom door. The location was central and close to everything UC and felt safe. The only other thing I didn’t understand was that there were no dressers which is confusing. We stayed almost a week and piled everything into the closet which was inconvenient and cluttered.

一家设施不错的酒店。
没有洗发水。楼上有大象在跑。我把毛巾盖在椅子上，遮住那些污渍。走廊的地毯脏得要命，而且我刚办理入住、从电梯出来的时候，就看到有工作人员在“清洁”地毯。
停车很方便，床也特别舒服。
性价比不高
房间还可以，但是门上的插销锁坏了。
酒店正在施工，所以泳池和健身房都关闭了，休息室和商务中心也都关闭了，但我们直到抵达酒店才知道。如果希尔顿酒店或*******能提前发邮件通知一下就好了。
晚上10点40分我们到达酒店办理入住时，发现门口贴着“无热水”的告示。酒店事先没有联系我通知。我女儿第二天早上要参加医学院面试，却因为没有热水而无法洗澡。非常失望！！！
我最终没能入住，因为付款前没有标明入住最低年龄限制。而且当然不退款，所以我基本上是白白浪费了钱。
根本没去过。错误地预订了辛辛那提。本来想预订克利夫兰的，但无法退款，所以不得不一晚支付两家酒店的房费。
房间里没有毛巾，也没有洗发水，地板脏乱，整体状况看起来很破旧。
我猜他们正在重新装修。我们的房间可能就是下一个。希望他们翻新后情况会好转。
