就在渔人堡和马加什教堂附近,地理位置很好。步行还能去布达城堡。窗景就能看到美美的渔人堡。早餐算不错了,喜欢这里的酸奶。床舒服、淋浴水很大。
定的是景观房,太值了!首先地理位置就很好,就在渔人堡铁隔壁,窗户外面就是渔人堡和国会大厦,清晨的第一缕阳光照过来,可以在房间里拍照,也可以下楼去拍照,完全避开人挤人。早餐也很好,还有炒饭、粥、汤等,服务员也很积极主动。唯一需要提醒的就是只能打车,因为跟渔人堡一样是建在山上的。
窗外的景色很好 非常出片。酒店的位置也不错,去哪玩都很近。酒店可以买送到房间的早餐,味道挺不错的。但是酒店的门童有待加强,第一天到的时候拿着很多行礼,两门童就站边上聊天 不来拿行李。每次打车到酒店门口也没有开车门或者任何服务,不知道这门童到底是什么工作任务
三个人住,房间挺大的,免费提供了很多矿泉水,早餐不错。出门一点点路就是渔人堡,景色没得说,遥望帝国大厦,碰上好天气超级适合看日出,推荐想看日出的朋友。但在山上,打车上下山,千万别坐那个升降机太坑了。
看布达佩斯国会大厦景观最好的酒店了,在渔人堡上面,景观房在0层,有个专门的通道私密性很好,酒店房间很大,床枕很舒服,服务很好。
首先非常感谢携程官方在海外依然保护我们国人的权益,以下所有差评仅针对布达佩斯希尔顿。也希望可以给所有考虑这家酒店的国人一个提醒。
1.酒店文化确实存在非常非常严重的歧视亚洲人,中国人的现象,以及额外的隐形收费。我们订的景观房,入住需要额外付40欧每晚的升级费(6月看评论还是20欧每晚)才能看渔人堡和国会大厦,不然就让我们住在0层对着大马路。我查阅了谷歌和booking评论,确实只看到亚洲客人反应即使订了景观房也要额外付费这件事。酒店前台的回应是:“可能这些房间在亚洲客户里面格外受欢迎,其他德国,意大利的客户不是很在乎。”所以这是给亚洲客户定制的额外收费吗,同样10.27入住518房间的客人并没有额外付40欧/每晚的升级费。但是我们10.31入住的时候被要求支付
2.我们10.31入住酒店当晚,我和我朋友两个20岁的女生遇到了非常恐怖的安全问题。我们大约9点办理了入住,房间放好行李去吃晚餐,大约10:30返回房间,在我和朋友换衣服的时候响起了敲门铃声,我朋友出于安全考虑并未直接看门,通过猫眼看到门口并没有人在,想着是谁误触可能,当时已经有点感觉诡异了。大约几分钟之后,一阵更加猛烈的敲门声和铃声同时响起,我和朋友面面相觑,看到猫眼门口确实有人,我朋友选择了开门,一个40多岁,怒气冲冲的白女超我朋友怒叫:“请你们保持安静,你们昨天晚上就一直在大喊大叫。”我朋友解释我们今晚才办理的入住,并且刚回来没几分钟,我们并不是噪音来源,但是那个白女非常没有礼貌疑似精神失常疯了一样大喊:“闭嘴,闭嘴.. 给我安静..给我安静..”好像根本不在乎事实,只是想找个发泄对象发泄怒火。合理怀疑第一次敲门但并不站在门口,就是想等我们看门,躲在后面看我们是谁,发现我朋友只是个亚洲小女生就肆意发泄自己的情绪。我们觉得这个精神失常的女人太恐怖了住在他的旁边,对我们的安全造成了威胁。我朋友立刻打电话给前台说明情况要求换房间。得到的方案:1.他打电话给刚才那个精神失常行为诡异的女人叫他下楼,让我朋友和我两个20岁的女生和她在大厅当面对峙正面发生冲突。我:????这是人能想出来的解决方案。我们的安全不是安全???2.给我们换到6楼一个更差的房间,但是并不退给我们升级支付的80欧,因为觉得这不是酒店的问题。我们当时立马联系了携程,携程海外部在一个小时以内就和酒店联系,酒店答应明天早上我们就换同价值的景观房,并且两天早餐赔偿,携程方主动说退我们40欧。 相信大部分选择这家酒店的客人都是因为他们的窗台风景想要拍照,我朋友早上和联系赔偿我们早餐的经理确认过两次,我们可以和其他含双早的客人一样,支付另外的服务费(原先5欧,现在又涨到9欧)就可以送到房间享用,早餐免费送给我们,但是我们点好服务员送过来的时候,要求我们支付完整的账单45欧,并且声称餐厅和房间早餐价格完全不一样,不接受我们的解释,推走了我们的早餐。我们首先打电话联系前台,前台刚开始一直装傻,说不能这样的,只能去餐厅,我朋友说其他含双早的客人都有这个权益,支付服务费就送,为什么我们不行。前台不说话了,最后依然是携程帮助我们联系,酒店前台才同意了一件这么简单的事情。并且提到我朋友谷歌给他们差评的事情,呵呵。过了两个小时,原先的服务员才臭着脸把我们完全冷掉的餐推过来,完全没有动过。每一个步骤都像是羞辱性测试一样,不断地有障碍刁难。
3.整个酒店最爱对我们说的话是“我不理解你们的意思”呵呵 尽管我和朋友雅思口语都有7,最爱装傻充楞。也确实感受到其他评论说的人种划分感,亚洲和亚洲餐厅吃饭指一边,房间也偏的分一起,如果你不额外要求。
4.想要出片拍照的需要自带大打光灯,房间灯光也不好,看闪光灯要么人亮景暗,要么景亮人暗,餐厅大堂的中国客户都在讨论并不能愉快轻松地拍照的事情 而且看到最大的是渔人堡,国会大厦右下角放大一咪咪。比起如此糟糕歧视亚洲人的酒店文化,这点景完全不值,而且在坡上。欧洲我和朋友起码住过20个以上的不同酒店,从来没碰到过这种酒店文化和服务(虽然这家酒店服务一直臭名昭著)。只能说穷乡僻壤出**。
布达佩斯希尔顿酒店存在着长期普遍歧视亚洲客户历史。我再次和朋友两个人查阅了该酒店2024到至今所有存在于谷歌,携程,booking的差评。尤其中国,韩国旅客反映入住该酒店时,服务员连最基本的接待都搞不定,冷着脸、态度烂透、无视你像空气一样。还有那个早餐,本来预订里如果带的话,另外付服务费(5-9欧)就能送到房间,但如果你不知道这事儿,他们就让你重新付更加昂贵的另一本账单。更过分的是有服务员看到中国人大声怪叫“中国人”。这是一个酒店作为服务业该有的培训吗,两年时间没有任何改变,不断有新的歧视现象发生,只能说布达佩斯希尔顿酒店从管理层到服务员都认可这种歧视亚裔的文化,所以从来不需要改变,甚至可以说出这不是歧视。在希尔顿酒店品牌经理给大部分客户的回信当中喜欢吹嘘他们是坐落在布达佩斯历史文化遗产里的酒店,那我是不是可以理解为你这种系统性歧视亚裔的社区文化在一定程度上就是代表了布达佩斯的文化呢,这就是你们历史文化的传承吗?去过世界上这么多国家,欧洲20多个城市,从来没有遭受过如此规模性的歧视,而且还是发生在希尔顿酒店里面,无视,冷漠,无礼,虚伪,请问这就是布达佩斯希尔顿酒店的社区文化吗? 大部分遭遇不公的亚裔客户最后都没有任何的赔偿和正式的道歉,酒店从来不需要为自己行为买单,所以永远虚伪地高高在上歧视亚裔客户。要不是由携程出面警告他们如果不给我们换房间和赔偿就对他们限流处理,他们根本就不会满足本来就应该做到的1234要求。一边瞧不上亚洲客户要在他们的景观窗前拍照,一边又不断地另外加价征收更多的费用。真的这么瞧不上那你就别做这个生意啊,这个酒店里有非常非常多的中国人,你们是服务业,不是上帝业搞搞清楚。不欢迎中国客户,那你有本事不要中国客户的钱,同时也希望携程的AI点评可以不仅仅展示酒店好的总结评价也可以把差评里面服务态度差,歧视现象普遍也写到总结AI里面。 让国人知道布达佩斯希尔顿真实的嘴脸,布达佩斯还有很多很好的酒店,四季,洲际,花园希尔顿。很多中国人都是带着家里的老人还有小孩出来旅游的,如果想要玩得开心,并且完全避免这种不好的服务体验,同样的价钱完全可以选择这些更好的。 这家酒店非常非常不值。如果我带家人出来旅行绝对不会再选择任何希尔顿酒店,因为我实在不清楚,这个是整个希尔顿酒店的文化价值观 还是仅仅只是布达佩斯希尔顿酒店的文化价值观。
冲着渔人堡的景观订的房间,景色真的很美,感觉可以在这里看一整天。按照标准入住时间下午3点给的房,房间不大。早餐在当地算是丰富了,有靠窗的景观位,会把饮料送到座位上。借着这里的地理优势,可以避开高峰去看日出,夜晚游客散去也有少有的宁静。
特别好,谁能想到布达佩斯最好的景色竟然是我的房间!窗口就能看到渔人堡。要住417,418或者上下,躺在里面基本一天就不用出门啦。
设施保养的不错,位置和景色无敌,渔人堡和马加什教堂都在隔壁,布达佩斯日出的最佳位置,房间就可以看到国会大厦和渔人堡,很不错的体验。服务差强人意,主要是针对押金的退回速度,离店已经两周了,直到点评时依然没有收到,令人吃惊。
酒店位于渔人堡、马加什教堂地区,方便游览。在房间就能欣赏到多瑙河渔人堡、国会大厦美景。室内设施齐全,早餐品类也丰富,卫生整洁干净。符合五星级酒店标准,下次还会来。
