The crowd was sketchy- a nearby shelter was staying there and there was no free breakfast. It was expensive to stay there and not feel safe. Housekeeping only came 1 out of the 3 days.

AC worked great, staff was cold before and at check-in but happy to provide a toothbrush when one was asked for. Cleaners knocked twice on the door the morning of checkout hours before check out time

近年来我曾多次入住这家酒店,但最近这次绝对是最糟糕的一次。那工业马桶简直像回到了小学时代,把手又大又硬,一滴尿都冲不下去。淋浴间叮当作响,走廊里有人连续二十分钟砰砰地摔门。床简直像维多利亚时代小说里的刑具,吱吱作响,让人感觉随时都要被它吞噬。退房时前台的态度更是令人无语。他们说话声音小得几乎听不见,当我停下来思考他们说的话时,他们还翻了个白眼。这六个月来,这家酒店到底发生了什么?
我们不得不取消预订。雷暴天气导致我们无法完成明尼阿波利斯之旅。
我们还了解到*******不接受取消预订。因此,我们损失了押金。
