So thr only thing i did not like was the temp in the room. There is a sign that let you know that the room is ran on a pipe system and if your cold ask for blanket if warm prop balvony door ope.

Great place to stay. Was passing through on a trip from Missouri to Ohio and back. Inside and out was very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Winter weather was just hitting when we stayed, our room was nice and warm. Did not have to use the extra blankets I packed just in case. They took precautions in the parking lot and sidewalks. It was not slick nor did we have a hard time leaving at 7 am due to the precautions they took to make sure safety was in mind of guests outside. Would stay there again if the opportunity arose. Highly recommend.

Hotel is in bad shape, needs maintanence.

Pool was too dirty, has some areas where the pain is missing or peeling.

minifrigde was not working, I reported the issue, they never came to the room to assit me.

Please stay away this hotel.

I loved that hotel before, I was impressed that they offered complimentary breakfast and drinks during happy hour. Few things I was disappointed at, first when I check in lady didn’t offer me gift bag even though I’m Hilton Honors guest, she gave only one key and one drink card even though it’s 2 adults and I had to go back to reception to ask for more. Pool was nice but hasn’t been cleaned in months for sure, just poring chlorine is not helping all the debris. Let’s talk about cleaning your room, out of 5 nights we stayed, our room was cleaned 1 time only. 2 times she tried knocking on the door at 8 am to clean and I asked to please come back after 12 pm when we leave the room but when we came back it was nothing, so I had to request more towels and toilet paper. I will probably not stay here anymore when I visit my family in Indiana. Thanks

Clean, spacious, and quiet. Friendly staff. Sadly dated and beat-up in many places though. Rooms def. need a refresh. Very slow and cramped elevators. Great soft bed. Bad laggy Wi-Fi. Nothing immediately fixable so no point bringing it up during stay. Just hope improvements can be made for future guests!

The building itself and the common areas were very nice but the room was considerably dated anr the furniture had stains and was not in good condition.

There was no hot water in the bathroom sink and the shower caulk was a little moldy

Breakfast and cocktail hour was nice staff was excellent, rooms and hallway was clean and the maintenance man Chris who had to repair our heat was excellent and professional. Our bartender was good too.
