There were about 20 people outside the front entrance door talking loud and drinking in the cold weather from 1130 until 1:45 AM. I told the front desk and he said he told them to be quiet but they did not and they were not even staying at the hotel. At 1:45 AM, they left in their cars.

We had 2 queen beds, one was super old and squeaky. It was annoying to sleep in it.
Other than that, the room was great.
We were on the 8th floor and the one elevator was broken.

The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The room was perfect. The food was delicious and the Manger's Reception was a nice touch. We will be staying here next time we're in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This hotel is in dire need of renovations and repair. No heat available until lady day. Breakfast was cold. Big noisy fans everywhere. Place is dilapidated

Was here for a wedding and majority of my family stayed at this hotel…
We had an amazing experience during our stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and I immediately felt at ease. We even received welcome goody bags!
The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a well-stocked coffee station. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, keeping everything clean and tidy.
The hotel amenities were also great — I especially enjoyed the [pool/gym/breakfast/lounge—choose what applies]. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, with plenty of options for everyone. (I don’t eat pork so I appreciate that they had turkey options)
The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, late night eats, etc. which made exploring the area super convenient.
Also HUGE shoutout to the front desk receptionist Matt (I think that’s his name) he was so helpful and accommodating for my whole family. It made our stay so much easier. We really appreciate him!
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The service, comfort, and overall atmosphere made it a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Room need updating, hotel had lots of updates going on during my stay. Breakfast was amazing. Freshly made omelets 10 out of 10.

We picked the wrong weekend to getaway, it was so many kids there for hockey games and had a convention for the blind. Which was great!!! But having kids on the same day with the blind wasn’t a good idea, but our room I really liked

Sky lights in room were letting in too much light, it was very difficult to sleep. We had to cut our trip short one night due to sleeping issues. Hotel was hosting children’s birthday parties the weekend we were there. Kids running, playing on the elevator, juice was spilled on the elevator and not mopped up. Parking was littered with bottles. I was disappointed. I was excited to stay at an Embassy but not sure if I will try it again.

The hotel was the standard Embassy with renovations. I am completely ok with the renovations but the customer service is what really needs renovations. 2 front desk
