Very run down, staff was rude, charged my account for extra but could not tell me why!! If it wasn’t for the fact we had to stay there due to Military we would not have booked this place.

We arrived at 5:30 and there were no rooms available to check in to. There were people everywhere waiting to get a room with nowhere to go. People were in the restrooms trying to change clothes, do hair, and makeup because they had engagements they needed to prepare for. We had to leave to make it to our engagement on time so we were unable to unpack and change clothes before we left. Didn’t get back and check in until 11:00 pm. Wasn’t offered anything but a drink voucher.
