Stuff was just do overpriced. If I had known how expensive everything was I would have chosen a different hotel, breakfast was 15 bucks for what you get for free anywhere else and dinner was a 100 dollars with a app, two dinners, and one alcoholic drink per person, and one was a beer

Need a sign telling you where to turn on the street. Had to go around 3 times. Also a sign stating where to park to check in. Valet should be cheaper since it is the only option in the snow

The street does offer cheaper priced parking if the guest chooses to park there, otherwise valet is same price all year round.

Soap in bathroom was not located conveniently by the sink. Storing bath towels in shower area is not the best idea. Restaurant space could use improvement.
Bartender was Great EXCEPT he needs to be taught/required proper food handling. He touched my food (i.e. lemons and olives for drinks) with his bare hands. He did not wash his hands after blowing his nose.

My room was clean and quiet. The reception person was helpful. The lobby, halls, reception areas were packed with kids and their families there for a Cheer event. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known it would be so busy. People were eating meals in the lobby and everywhere else.

Loved the firepit outside. Rooms were clean but could be updated. Fun place to get together with Viking fans and opposing team fans.

Room was disappointing.
Large cobweb in corner above lamp.
Picture in bathroom the frame was peeling
The blinds were automatic which was nice but they could only be all the way opened or all the way closed and our view was of the highway and apartment building. Also, the blind stated they were black out and they were not at all close to being that.
The bathroom tub/shower had what looked like pink mold in a few areas. Shower head was not all the way on as the tub was still filling when in
use..
The breakfast area juice dispenser spill tray was full of juice and dripping onto the counter and the area was closed at the time.
Would choose another hotel in the area on a future visit
The staff could have cared a less about answering any questions you had about the area.

Since the weather dramatically changed , we opted to dine at the hotel. Other eating establishments were .4 miles and above and we didnt packed for cold windy weather. Dining was very good! Coffee nice & hot & fresh. Very good dining service. Prices were 10% cheaper than dining out. A win for me. However, housekeeping svc is only available every other day of your stay. Towels were very rough. On the bright side, beds were comfortable & slept well.
