不愧是万豪，就是大气，设施一流、环境优美、服务热情，早餐的美食和餐厅的花园让人留恋不已，在这炎热的泗水给我们带来了凉爽和惬意。
从 bromo 回来住了一晚上，在泗水市中心，旁边就是大商场，其实不用坐车溜达一下更好，前台有个会中文的华裔小姐姐，巨漂亮。我个人在印尼见过最漂亮的华裔。

JW万豪酒店比其他万豪酒店高一个档次。友善的员工、早餐的多种选择以及无数的加分点都让我的入住体验非常棒。
虽然设施有点旧，但服务非常热情，早餐选择也超棒！每个人都面带笑容，这是我在市中心一次非常温馨的住宿体验。
总体很好，服务很棒，自带电源转换头，看到吃药还给我们留言。不过有点不习惯都是男服务员，估计整个城市的水质都是统一的
服务真是太棒了！员工都特别好。早餐也很惊艳，他们还为无麸质饮食的客人准备了特别的餐点。泳池和一些设施稍微有点旧了，但总体来说还是很不错的。

酒店主动提出升级房型，我接受了，入住的房间比预订的高了一个级别。总的来说，这次住宿很愉快，服务也很好。不过，自助早餐有些地方可以改进，比如蔬菜、奶制品和主食，感觉新鲜食材的供应商可以选得更好一些。糕点区真的很棒，咖啡也很好喝。最后，泳池边靠近绿植和人造瀑布的地方有几只毛毛虫，这让孩子们有点意外，但也没怎么吓到他们，他们还是玩得很开心。
卫生：简直没法形容！一床的毛发！本来到了就挺晚了，想着赶紧休息，结果一掀开被子，床单不干净，床单底下各种毛发……那一刻真的无语透了，来旅游的好心情直接被影响
服务：还行，遇到问题也尽快安排解决了，只是有点花时间
