DON’T BOOK WITH THEM NO NO.. It’s the worst place to spend your years money while visiting Edinburgh. We literally spent £1200/- and the room was big but not equipped with a functional kitchen. We literally ordered food for 3 days and they promised us a refund for our meals but which is still not with us now 7months. Poorly managed, shower kept leaking and foul smell of the old carpets in the room. Please spread the word and just hope others don’t fall pray to such evil people. They should be banned in Edinburgh.

我的工作需要我经常出差到欧洲各地，从2010年8月底到2011年3月底，我几乎一直住在这家酒店。我从未想过要换到其他酒店。酒店员工热情友好，服务周到，值得特别表扬。酒店地理位置优越，早餐和晚餐的品质也非常好。我强烈推荐这家酒店给所有来爱丁堡长住或短住的客人。
这里脏乱不堪，简直是人间炼狱，千万别浪费你的金钱、时间和精力。待在家里，好好想想其他选择吧。住在这里绝对是我做过的最糟糕的决定。作为希尔顿旗下的品牌，他们应该为这样的服务感到羞耻。如果你想要物有所值，那就去住Travelodge吧；如果你想体验被宰的感觉，那就来这里吧。
床很舒服，早餐也很棒，价格也很实惠。房间有点热，不过有风扇和立式空调，很完美。房间里有一些需要维护的地方，比如天花板之前漏水的地方、地毯上的污渍和窗台上的污渍，这些都需要好好修缮。浴帘也该扔了，换一个新的。
我喜欢的地方：酒店非常安静；员工非常热情友好；房间干净宽敞；淋浴设施不错；配备熨斗。我不喜欢的地方：离市中心较远；没有浴袍；没有拖鞋；没有浴室用品；没有保险箱；没有冰箱；家具陈旧。我认为可以改进的地方：价格昂贵。我会再次入住这家酒店吗？不会。
