设施：还可以，带孩子多加了一张床，比较方便；
卫生：还行，干净。
环境：离机场不远，有班车免费接送，落地过度很方便。
服务：服务不错，专人接送。
这家酒店太糟糕了，我通过应用程序支付了800美元，但它甚至不值10美元。非常脏，不推荐。
从机场接机很方便，酒店位置也很好。一家不错的酒店，设施齐全，服务周到及时。如果您需要在前往度假村前后中转停留，这里是个不错的选择。步行即可轻松游览马累。
订的行政房，价格还挺贵的，包3个人的早晚餐。结果晚餐只给我两个，而且只是给每人25美金额度！餐单上晚餐一道开胃菜就18刀了！要么就别忽悠“包晚餐”，我们自己去外面餐馆吃了！还好及时反馈到平台，退房时把之前的2人包餐改成了3人（奇葩的包餐）行政房间很小就一个角落，室内光线昏暗，半夜空调还坏了，闷了有2个小时才修好！还是香格里拉集团的，看不出来！
酒店位于马累市中心，逛马累景点非常方便，他们9楼餐厅风景无限好，他们最好的是服务，接送服务人员相当热情，前台服务人员Aisha相当好，而且会一半中文，而且非常热情好客 ，对我们提供了很大帮助，香格里拉让我在马尔代夫有个美好旅程的开始，非常感谢。

服务非常的热情，一出机场就有人接机然后送回酒店，办理入住非常快速，办完入住预约了第二天的送机时间，第二天退房后车已经在门口等待无缝衔接送回机场，餐厅出品也非常不错。唯一不足的就是卫生间的水是黄色的

最棒的假期。我们住的是海景别墅。酒店很新，餐厅也很豪华。服务一流，我们住得很舒服。非常希望能再次入住。
