地理位置优越，出门就是大广场，酒店服务热情，整体整洁！
酒店地理位置很好，就在大广场边上，出门吃饭购物都极其方便，在布鲁塞尔过一晚，是很好的选择，就是酒店卫生有点问题
前台接待热情，礼宾部一位老者非常周到，早餐就一个自制华夫饼还可以。酒店位置就在广场旁边，离景点近，但房间小，窗更小，房间的设施还没全季好。附近的中国超市是卖给当地人做饭的调味料和一些中国饮料，没有矿泉水卖！！！有家上海老板娘开的中餐厅牛肉炒饭非常好吃，她家对面的徐记要避雷！
地理位置绝佳，周围美食众多，房间宽敞且维护得很好。非常喜欢这次住宿，肯定会再来。
厕所卫生堪忧，我到的时候还有前任顾客的💩在马桶里，太无奈了……
设施是可以的，服务也不错，前台的各位态度都很不错！
酒店前台对于携程订的订单特别的歧视，刁难你不让你入住。欧洲万豪系酒店对于携程（agent）订的都非常歧视，给最差的房型，有房间也不让你入住。酒店一拿到你护照确定你是携程订的房间，歧视正式开始，如果通过万豪官网定就是对你截然不同的态度
离大广场很近，酒店非常干净舒适。内部装饰很可爱，而且离车站也很近，所以如果来布鲁塞尔住的话，强烈推荐这家。
位置绝佳 重要景点都在步行距离，酒店有点老了 中规中矩，但餐厅值得推荐 非常棒，还不贵

每年圣诞节主旋律肯定是巴黎。但是也会额外去个其他城市，这次来到了“欧洲的心脏地”—布鲁塞尔，非常好的城市，广场万豪地理位置太核心，CHECK IN时候的巧克力就是小小“亮点”，不是用来做服务刻意为之，是真的好吃。这点值得我们很多酒店学习，我们很多酒店前台摆放了一堆所谓的“糖果”看似服务，其实是凑数，是不好吃。服务的本质我想不是“刻意”，是让客人“舒适”，这种体验触感是发自内心的感受。
缺点：房间里面东西基本第二天不补充（水 香皂。拖鞋）都不会主动补充。
