酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience as we undergo the first major renovation in 16 years. We are working as quickly as possible to minimize any disruptions and hope to have the lobby tile completed in the next 2-4 days. Our restaurant is closed this week only and reopens on 11/11. While there is never a good time to renovate, we are making decisions that carry the least guest impact possible, and our construction crews are ahead of schedule for completion. We will move into the guest rooms in December but will keep an entire floor out at a time to minimize disruptions. We hope you will visit us again after March when this exciting project is completed, and we unveil a beautiful new property.
酒店回复: Thank you for sharing your concerns. I am very sorry the cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to our high standards. I have reviewed your comments with our Executive Housekeeper and the Room Attendant that prepared your room for additional training. I see in our logs that we did contact the guest rooms in question for noise. We cannot always control the actions of other guests but do try to mitigate any issues. When walking the floors, we weren't able to hear any disturbance, so that makes it a bit more challenging.I spoke with the kitchen and wait staff, and they only recall one guest who requested hard boiled eggs, which were provided to them. Our Team is trained to provide special requests, and we did have hard boiled eggs that morning.I have reviewed your comments with the appropriate team members and assure you we talk all feedback seriously as we continually train to improve our service.Thank you for sharing your comments and I do hope you will give us another try in the future.

酒店回复: I'm sorry, but I have no knowledge of this. I spoke with the desk agent that checked you out, and she did not mention your concerns either. While it is possible that may be true, I would have no way of knowing someone's status if they simply booked a room. To my knowledge, we have no guests in our hotel who are homeless. Did you report any noise or security issues to the Front Desk? While we cannot control the actions of others, we do have protocols in place to address noise complaints and will strictly enforce them. The safety and security of our guests is of the highest priority for me, and I have never had this complaint. I will ensure I bring this to everyone's attention as a preventative measure, but again, we have no one that is homeless staying at our hotel to the best of my knowledge, and certainly not staying in a room that is not being paid for.
