I stayed with you last year and everything was perfect, the clean room, the stuff, the bed, the pillows all awesome. When I stayed this year, it was great, the clean room, the stuff, but the bed and the pillows was horrible they must have changed it. I plan to continue to stay with you in one condition that the bed and the pillows will be same as the first year I stayed with you. Thank you

位置超方便，步行5分钟到地铁站。房间干净明亮，床品柔软好睡。前台小姐姐热情耐心，还帮我们升级了房型。下次来还选这家，性价比拉满！
定错了不给退，都是Hilton酒店到分店订的。不给退换了个平台再订
太糟糕了！
员工一点都不友好，房间也只打扫了一半！
房间一直都是脏兮兮的。
他们还犯了个大错，把我的房间钥匙给了其他人，结果半夜有人闯进了我的房间！！
真是个大丑闻！

酒店位于95号公路旁，去往迈阿密方向很方便，非常适合过夜住宿。房间很宽敞。唯一的缺点是，我们房间外面就是空调设备的机组，噪音有点大，略微有些扰民。不过我们睡眠质量还不错，所以影响不大。床铺很舒服，房间也很干净。我们没有在酒店用早餐。

前台服务人员态度很好。周四我的房间一直没打扫。周四晚上我通知了前台，他们说会尽量找人打扫，我告诉他们没问题，但请确保在我周五上午11点到下午2点半外出期间房间打扫干净。结果并没有，周五我打了两次电话，最后才打扫完。我只在预付的房费里加了2美元的餐费，却发现被额外收取了19.12美元。我一直要求提供住宿收据，用于商务支出，但多次催促后仍然没有收到。这太不合理了！！！
不要对早餐抱有太高的期望。
除此之外，我没有什么可抱怨的。
