I have been using the Hampton Inn & Suites in Boynton Beach for many years to visit my relatives. None of the rooms I have used appear to have been updated during that time. (Reception area and breakfast room have been upgraded.) Room was clean and beds were comfortable. For the last few years I have sought a "Handicapped Accessible" room and requested a walk in shower but keep being given a step in tub which I cannot use. Some of the breakfast food was good (eggs and potatoes). But bacon was chewie all three days and the muffins were stale, waffles were ok. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly (and have been with every stay. Location is very convenient. Wish you provided some handicap Accessible Showers, and a little newer look.

Got stuck in a room next to the elevator. Heard ding every time someone used the elevator no matter the time of day or night.

ROOM WAS GREAT. BREAKFAST VERY GOOD. SHOWER DID NOT HAVE A SAFETY BAR IN IT, NOT VERY GOOD FOR A SENIOR.
