The room was clean. The bed in our room was comfortable, and the amenities were adequate. One thing to note is breakfast is not complimentary. It is provided for a cost. The surrounding area is beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.

非常糟糕的体验。马桶坏了。我们不得不叫了两次技工，他花了三个小时才到。我们临走前才修好。我们一整晚都待在马桶里，马桶里全是我们的粪便。浴缸是黄色的，里面的窗帘也是黄色的。就这个价格来说，这地方真是破旧不堪。
浴室的水槽漏水很严重，我打电话给前台寻求帮助，但今天没人来。我们在下面放了一个垃圾袋接水。第二天早上7:30，维修人员就到门口来修，当时我和家人还在睡觉。我丈夫去泡咖啡，结果跑出来一只蟑螂。而且没有免费早餐。
整个体验糟透了。从入住到浴室脏乱不堪，地板上还有蟑螂。预订也出了大问题。我付了两晚的钱，结果只住了一晚就被锁在了房间外面。外面垃圾满地都是。
我在这个度假村住过很多次，每次都很愉快。
我不会再住了。
我从来没有去过比这家更好的酒店，我强烈推荐这家酒店，接待处的人非常友好。

酒店和员工都很棒，但阳台不是真正的阳台，太窄了，放不下椅子。
