The staff (mainly John) was really nice and helpful. The lobby was clean and so was the room. The pool area was well kept and nice looking. I did get down to breakfast late, so that could be why the options were limited. My main complaint is the elevator being out of order a few times and my room was on the 4th floor. It doesnt sound that bad until you factor in I have an infant in a stroller and my mom has breathing problems. Overall good stay, they just need to work on that elevator.

Room was very clean and bed was so comfy! The breakfast buffet had alot of choices and food was pretty decent for free. John at the front desk really goes above and beyond. Excellent customer service!

Quick and professional check-in. Room very comfortable, clean and quiet. One elevator not working and the other is dated. Breakfast was standard, but adequate (hey, it’s free!). Location is okay, but could use a few more restaurants nearby.

Great for a post cruise stay. The area is not very walk friendly. No real close restaurants and very uneven sidewalks. We had one person on a wheelchair. It was quite a bit of work to push her around! But the hotel is wonderful.

It was comfortable clean. The breakfast was great. They didn’t have pancakes. They said they were waiting on a delivery, but other than that I still give this a five star.

1. 整个住宿期间电梯都坏了。2. 大堂里标识牌的拼写错误：“exercise”被拼成了“excercise”。3. 我们的房间里没有书桌，但网站上的所有照片都显示房间里有书桌。因为我们房间有沙发书桌，我猜书桌都被移走了。4. 主楼层的洗手间在泳池关闭时也上锁了。接待员说这可能是因为位置与泳池相关，但泳池门是锁着的。5. 最后，这里没有24小时大堂咖啡。我早上4点醒来，因为房间里没有书桌，所以我只能去大堂。食物供应商在5点到5点15分之间出现。每天早上4点都有三位前台工作人员。
电梯坏了。我丈夫81岁，我75岁。下三层楼梯对我们来说太难了。幸好约书亚非常热心帮忙。他亲自把我丈夫、所有行李和我丈夫的助行器都搬下了楼。他还帮我们坐上了去机场的班车。
