TV was not functioning upon getting to the room, but was promptly replaced by management and did not become a problem afterwards. There was some dirt on the sheets upon arrival, and the sink and bathtub were a bit leaky in some spots. Some outlets on the wall (particularly behind the desk in the back) were not functioning. Overall, the room was sufficient for a couple nights, but would have been more of an issue if I had stayed any longer. Hotel staff is friendly and made the most to ensure a good experience overall.

The pool was closed. I also prepaid for breakfast, but the cook didn't come in, so breakfast was cancelled. I lost my money for that.

Room was clean, hotel was nice. I rented a suite which was a lot smaller than I expected. The indoor pool was also not accessible. All and all it was a good place to stay.

Did a weekend trip with the family and the pool for closed the whole time we were there. Bummer for my 5 yr old. Also states continental breakfast, but when going down to breakfast, I guess you had to get a little breakfast card when you check in and we weren’t given one, so had to go out somewhere else.

Staff was great! Everyone very friendly and helpful! Hotel itself is tired. I spent more to get a better room and it was a handicap room, not a fan of those so we switched. Unfortunately not for the better… all good, just one quick night. I really want to say, again, the staff was awesome!

We arrived at 9pm and check-in was so smooth. The front desk agent was absolutely lovely. Room was very clean and spacious. Check-out was a breeze. We will definitely be back.

The bed was hard as a rock, felt like concrete. And the man at the bar was trying to smooze us out of all of our money making us drinks we didn’t want and made us almost late for our game. We will NEVER be back and will certainly not be recommending. The new ownership sounds like it’s going to be an absolute mess also. I’ll spend more $ elsewhere next time.
