I loved everything about my stay here. Easy check-in with very friendly staff. The hotel smells great throughout and they supply one of my favorite toiletry product brands. Their breakfast buffet is worth it for sure and there is an amazing coffee shop in the lobby! In a safe, secure location. Its a 10/10 for me! Will be back!

We had a positive experience with the staff, who kindly relocated us to a different room due to a leaky shower. However, upon checking out, we were surprised to see additional fees added to our bill. The original total for two nights was $179, including tax and fees, (with incidental charges $278) but after removing the incidental charges, the total still came out to be $224, with an extra $45 added on top of the initial amount :(
This seems unusual compared to our recent stay in Chicago, where the final bill matched the expected total when we booked.
As someone who always leaves hotels in the same condition as I found them, I was disappointed to see the total bill balloon after checkout. considering the hotel's condition and location in Milwaukee, I felt the final amount was excessive
The hotel’s condition was slightly old and not new, with dirty floors. Considering the nightly rate was over $100+ ,(after checking out) I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value and amenities.

The bar was not well put together but it works.I was there because I thought it was closed to where my father is buried. But it wasn’t. I still enjoyed the hotel. Thanks . The best to fully getting the bar and restaurant all together. Thanks

I always like staying here when I either fly out of MKE or go to the brewers games. Hotel is always a great price and rooms are clean. Cant ask for much more.

The room was nice but we did find some black mold in the morning. Told front desk about it and nothing was done. Not impressed...

The towels felt rough and gritty. The shower was out of soap and The TV didnt work very well. I probaby wont stay here again.

Everything was fine, front desk people very friendly and went out of their way to help. We had requested bathroom and garbage to be taken care of; they did not replace bath get which was empty, took container out but did not replace. Showering with out soap is not ok. Took several requests to get towels and bath mat replaced.

I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza. The room was nice, there are plenty of food options within a mile or two (including in the hotel), and it's close to the airport. But the people working at Crowne Plaza made the difference - so many smiling faces!
