The amount of noise and door knocking and running around in the halls till 2 in the morning really should be something the staff should address.

I had prepaid for my reservations and the staff couldn’t let me in my room until they spoke with *******. Very inconvenient when you are exhausted and ready to get in your room !!!!

The pool had so much chlorine in it that it messed up my kids skin I told the people about it and they played like they didn’t care or know the place had ants none of the outlets worked only like 2

I had the worst bed onthe entire Hotel industry that mattress needed to be replaced at least 5years ago! I stop to get some rest wich never happened!

Very friendly staff. Room, lobby and breakfast area were all very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best I've seen. I check in late and Lilly was exceptionally friendly.

Our stay near Mt. Dora
After visiting Mt. Dora, we stayed at the Holiday Inn in Tavares. These towns are near each other so the drive was only minutes away. Ethan greeted us and checked us in. He was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to have met. Ethan is an asset to the Holiday Inn chain of hotels, absolutely.
Our room was excellent!! It was squeaky clean, modern and so lovely!! The room was spacious and very comfortable. We loved it!! The entire hotel, elevators, and walkways were very clean and lovely as well.
We will continue to return to Holiday Inn hotels and we will also let others know to stay there as well.
