Marriott vacation club crytal shores in Marco Island is dated but still a very nice property. The location is excellent and the beach and the Gulf are very nice. As for the food options and the quality of the food this is a minus factor. Not good in both areas.

We were there from 05/06-16/25 and had a fabulous time. There were three adult couples. We shared a 2 bedroom villa with 2 baths. We had an upper level pool view room and it was amazing. The view was awesome. The staff was so incredible. For real. Anything I needed was delivered within 15 minutes. The location is so nice. The beach was the best. We spent a couple/few days renting beach chairs and umbrellas and absolutely loved it. We met Tom Brady and got our thermoses refilled a few times. I didn’t get pictures of the resort but got a whole lot of great sunset phots and adventure pics. It really was so nice.

Big Marriott fan and lifetime titanium as context for review - hotel is fine, but not great. Disappointment is that the service levels do not live up to a Marriott brand level quality. For example, here for a conference with a bunch of zoom calls scheduled in the afternoon in the room, asked at 7.45 AM if they could have the housekeeping done by noon or even 1 PM and the answer was no even with 5+ hours of notice. I would expect this at a Select level Marriott like Fairfield or even Courtyard, this property is not currently living up to the Marriott level quality. Write this hoping someone takes note and improves it. Rooms are fine but not great so set expectations accordingly. That said, someone needs to recognize Pedro’s excellent level of service - but for him and the young women working on his shift, this review would not have been as forgiving.

First, the hotel is very well maintained. Everything is very clean. We had an ocean front two bedroom unit with amazing views. We enjoyed all the pools. A couple of problems did come up. The internet is very poor. We were given a handicap room with a roll in shower that we didn’t want but had no choice. Both showers though leaked water all over the floor making a mess to clean everyday. We found the beds to be kind of lumpy and uncomfortable.
