The facility is slightly showing its age. However the staff is excellent .. friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast offers a nice choice .. we enjoyed the biscuits with sausage gravy. Will use the Holiday Inn Express on future visits to Hampton.

Front desk was excellent. Elevator floors and carpet were very dirty and worn. Rooms were very good and breakfast was good.

Staff, was very welcoming and friendly. Free Breakfast in the morning was pretty good. Room was perfect for a one night stay.

The handle in the shower need to be repaired. It was broken. Then the second day we were there the toilet blocked up no fault of ours. I told them late at night and they brought a plunger up. Normally any clog I’ve ever had could be cleared easily with a plunger to this never cleared. They had a major plumbing problem there.

Paper thin doors and gaps around the door. Heard every conversation other rooms were having at midnight.

The room was clean.All the staffs I came across from Front Desk to various departments had been very courteous, acknowledging our presence!! This is so important for any successful business!! If my next room neighbor be more considerate to the noise control especially after hours, it would be a perfect stay :( !! Please continue your good service. Thank you
当我们入住房间时，发现浴室还没打扫干净，但夜班经理非常礼貌友好地回答了我的问题，并立刻给我们换了房间。早餐很不错，种类丰富，选择很多。
酒店非常漂亮干净。唯一能听到的噪音就是街上汽车和摩托车的轰鸣声。
