Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast is more than adequate. Guest rooms are spacious. Furniture and linen make the room comfortable.
Unfortunately, some of the equipment in the room was in need of repair and/or replacement. Of the 2 remote controls provided for 3 working tvs, only 1 remote was in working order. Neither phone was in working order. A number of the outlets didn't work, including USB ports. There is no dresser in the second bedroom. There were NO linens for the pull out sofa and the mattress was badly stained and should have been replaced. Sadly, there were crumbs beneath the cushions and debris beneath the pull out sofa that were left from the previous guest.
The hallways needed to be refreshed. Many of the doors to the guest rooms were showed signs of wear and in need of a face lift. Many guest room doors displayed post it notes with messages for the staff, which made the hotel feel cheap. The doors which are intended to secure the building were often found ajar. The air was "stale" and was in serious need of circulation.
Some of these things are easily fixed. Prior to any guest room being occupied, someone from management should go through a check list to make sure everything is clean and in working order.

这家酒店就在商场旁边，离Ameris Bank露天剧场也非常近！地理位置绝佳！
我带孩子来这里探亲，结果却不得不离开，因为这里有点脏乱差。篮球架上连个篮球筐都没有。
在这里住了已经小一个月，后来才发现他们是每7天才打扫一次卫生，即使你去前台说愿意出钱加打扫也不行，他们是真的懒，或者是因为没有KPI！总之一切都要按照他们酒店的制度来，没有商量的余地！
除了打扫其他还是不错的！对了早餐比较单一且一般！但是有也算不错啦。
没有比这家更差的，因为海运来的十几箱行李到了不方便搬酒店，等着房子弄好就离开了，所以一直忍着住在这里住了一个多月了，黑大姐逮到机会就找事！服务员说把垃圾放门口她看到就拿走，而且看到其他房间门口也是放着各自的垃圾，黑大姐有一天敲门，开门劈头盖脸一顿批评我们这样做不对，就是纯找事，也不知道之前的亚洲人怎么过她了，一直找我们的麻烦，我善良的老公每次都道歉，气到我内伤😅
早餐不错，入住也很方便。这种公寓的价格来说，性价比很高。
人很好，设施不太好。
首先，我得说，每次和员工的互动都很愉快。每个员工都面带微笑，尽力满足客人的需求。
设施急需翻新！我们这栋楼的电梯坏了。
制冰机在大厅，那是另一栋楼。
厨房用具明显不干净，也没有清洁工具。折叠床垫上锈迹斑斑，没有床单！我们要了两套床单和毯子，在沙发上喷了消毒剂，盖上所有额外的床上用品，然后就直接睡在沙发上。
靠垫磨损严重，坐起来就像坐在折叠床的框架上一样。
床还可以。但枕头完全磨损了，而且很平。
真庆幸我们带了一些床上用品。我们还是去了沃尔玛买了几条毯子。
空调运转时的声音像直升机一样。
烟雾探测器整晚都闪烁着超亮的绿灯。淋浴间的窗帘和缝隙上都长了霉点。客房服务为零！没有开床服务，没有打扫，也没有清空小垃圾桶。早餐供应时间只有两个小时，我全家吃完几个小时后就生病了。
入住时，沙发垫上有虫子，厨房里有一只死蟑螂，地板上到处都是面包屑和灰尘，浴室脏兮兮的，甚至没有肥皂。房间的窗户坏了，工作人员把责任推给进出房间的流浪汉。我们被安排到了一个新房间，房间里弥漫着尿骚味，床和沙发都很糟糕。要不是我们开车一个小时去看演唱会，我们早就拿着钱离开这里了！
