I would like to thank Eileen on the night shift for her very wonderful welcome that she gave us upon arrival. After a long trip, being greeted with such a beautiful smile and welcome was refreshing. She was very professional in our check-in process sharing all the information we needed to know about Marriott's property's amenities.
I wish she was there when we checked out so that I could personally thank her for helping to make our visit such a special one. (Clermont)

很棒的酒店！舒适、安静、干净。一楼有一个小健身房——我晚上9点以后去的，当时只有我一个人在锻炼。一楼还有洗衣房——洗衣和烘干各3.5美元，每次循环（洗30分钟+烘30分钟）30分钟。我们的房间包含早餐——总的来说，可以吃饱，就是普通的美国早餐。我喜欢那里有各种各样的酸奶 :) 而且据我所知，咖啡和茶是24/7供应的——很贴心🤗
前台有一位很棒的女士，非常友好热情（我没记住她的名字，她来自泰国）。
房间很大，宽敞，干净。有茶、咖啡和所有洗浴用品。
我很喜欢这家酒店，推荐！
酒店员工非常友好热情，乐于助人。房间整洁舒适，而且停车位充足。早餐种类丰富，非常棒。咖啡香醇可口，还有多种茶饮可供选择。我很快会再次入住这家酒店。
酒店员工非常友好，但早班前台告诉我们，因为大门锁着，所以要到6:30才能出门。酒店不应该限制客人的出入时间。我们还要开车9个小时才能到家。真是太奇怪了。
由于IT故障，酒店无法提供房间钥匙。这导致我和家人在整个入住期间都感到安全隐患。
员工服务很好，但房间非常陈旧，尤其是浴室，浴缸/淋浴间很脏。
早餐不错。
一切都很棒。客服团队很热情，房间打扫得也很干净，其他方面也都很完美！
我的床裙上有污渍，房间也比较老旧。除此之外，我其实挺喜欢这个位置的！
这家酒店急需彻底翻新！
房间老旧过时。浴缸上有黄色污渍，油漆也剥落了。枕头又小又瘪。
房间里弥漫着烟味。
除非他们翻新，否则我不会再住这里了。
第三方预订。
房源陈旧，亟需翻新。办理入住时，前台大声指出我是“第三方预订”，这似乎不太受欢迎。入住体验很不愉快。
